Katie Rawnsley is amazing. She is so professional and works so hard for her clients. She tolerated my many, many emails in regard to properties, etc. We were coming in from out of town and depended on these emails and my many searches for properties to communicate with Katie. She also answered them completely and honestly in a very short time span and gave me her opinion on every question we had. Since we were on a limited time crunch, she set up appointments for showings immediately upon our arrival in town. When we did find a house we were interested in, she worked diligently with the other agent and helped us secure this house. Since we were not available for closing, she did our walk thru and made sure any repairs that were necessary were completed to 100% satisfaction. My husband and I worked with Katie to both sell and buy our most recent homes and it was definitely the best choice we could have made.
