Found on an island in the middle of the Intracoastal Canal and the Atlantic Ocean, this town is a prime sea turtle nesting ground from October through March. Juno Beach is home to the Loggerhead Marinelife Center, the 990-foot-long Juno Beach Fishing Pier, Juno Beach Park, and hundreds of other fantastic outdoor activities. What really sets Juno Beach apart, though, is not just the abundance of outdoor pursuits available here but also the high quality of its dining establishments, coffee shops, and shopping facilities. Juno Beach is a picturesque coastal community offering some of the best oceanfront living in the country along its 2.3 miles of gorgeous beach. The pleasant climate here means you will enjoy living by the water every day of the year. Juno Beach boasts a chill atmosphere and some of the region’s most lovely people. As a barrier island, fishing, recreation, and conservation are all key aspects of daily life at Juno Beach.

Stop into Downtown at the Gardens, a lifestyle hub with a perse array of stores and restaurants, and indulge in all your retail and dining needs. Whether you’re looking for a casual eatery or a fine dining experience, you’ll find it in Juno Beach.

When you’re feeling hungry, head to Thirsty Turtle Seagrill. The menu here is just as flavorful as it is comprehensive, including burgers, fresh seafood, wings, craft brews, and delicious desserts. Stop by Captain Charlie’s Reef Grill and enjoy low-key digs. This restaurant serves exquisite American cuisine with an emphasis on fresh seafood. Appetizers such as the house-smoked fish dip with crackers and the yellowfin tuna spring rolls are fresh and enjoyable to share. Check out Hurricane Cafe, another Juno Beach restaurant renowned for its delicious salads, hand-tossed pizza, giant overstuffed sandwiches, and wraps.

Things to Do

From May through October, Juno Beach hosts more sea turtle nests than any other beach on Earth. Stop by the Loggerhead Marinelife Center to see some of these turtles in person. This incredible facility is a non-profit organization dedicated to sea turtle protection through research, rehabilitation, education, and ocean preservation. Explore the center to learn about these critically-endangered marine reptiles.

Visit Juno Beach Pier and bring in a monster catch. The Juno Beach Pier, maintained by the Loggerhead Marinelife Center, is more than just a scenic seaside attraction. Extending 990 feet into the Atlantic Ocean, this landmark is a mecca for sightseers and anglers alike.

Hike inside the Frenchman’s Forest Natural Area. Visitors can choose from four routes of varying lengths and degrees of difficulty. Located only three miles southwest of Juno Beach, this verdant area is home to seven distinct ecosystems that provide an abundance of flora and fauna to capture on camera.

Juno Beach is home to several annual events. Attend Artfest by the Sea, an outdoor gallery featuring works by hundreds of artists. Along with a green market selling live plants, tasty delicacies, music, and handcrafted soaps, this pet-friendly, free festival on the beachfront also showcases a carefully curated selection of fine art.

Check out the Loggerhead Marinelife Center’s annual Turtlefest. Visitors to this family-friendly event can get up close and personal with endangered and threatened sea turtles and enjoy music performed by local musicians passionate about conservation.
